Right after Brad and I got engaged, we decided that we wanted to get married rather fast. So we decided on April 22, 2017! This date is roughly 10 months from when we got engaged. I knew that I wanted to ask my girls as soon as possible so we could get our dresses ordered right away. What better way to ask my girls then by doing a Pinterst inspired proposal.
Each girl received a cute little box that I found on Amazon wrapped in string with a detailed personalized card. Inside the box was some fun items that are for the wedding day! I found the earrings at Charming Charlie and I fell in love with them as soon as I saw them. Next was a pretty pale pink nail polish which will go perfect with their bridesmaid dressed. The shade is Kiss the Bride by Orly. The next item that had to be in the box was a pretty lipstick. While skimming the drugstore aisles, I stumbled across this Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte in nude flush. To finish the gift off, I stuck in a ring pop.
Now lets meet the girls!
Maid of Honor: Natalie. Natalie is my 18 year old sister and there was not question that she would be standing beside me as my maid of honor.
Bridesmaid: Ashley. Ashley is Brad’s oldest sister and she has quickly become one of my best friends.
Bridesmaid: Brittany. Brittany is Brad’s middle sister and she has also become one of my dearest friends.
Bridesmaid: Lauren. Lauren is one of my oldest friends and I couldn’t imagine getting married without her by my side.
Bridesmaid: Brandie. Brandie and I met in high school, she was a senior and I was a freshman. Since then we have been best friends. I’ll be standing by her side in August as she marries her best friend and I’m so excited to have her beside me while I marry mine.
Bridesmaid: Sadie. Sadie was Natalie’s friend first but after the last 7 years she has gone from being Natalie’s friend, to my friend, and to my sister.
The next couple of months are going to be so much fun with this group of girls. They all bring happiness and joy in my life.
