Happy Monday, babes! Who else can’t believe the weekend is over? We had a fun-filled and busy weekend that made the weekend go by super quick. While the weekend went quickly, it just means we are one week closer to fall. I just wish the Ohio weather would get it together because we are currently in the middle of a heat wave. It has been in the 80s the last couple days and all this week. Today I’ve collaborated with some lovely ladies to bring you our fall fashion staples that you need in your closet. Be sure to check out The Jasmine Maria Blog, Ashleigh Rose Blog, Kelsie Kristine, and Brighter, Darling.
Fall Fashion Staples:
Sweaters // It wouldn’t be fall without sweaters. I love wearing sweaters daily. My favorite ones are the sweaters that feel like t-shirts or throwing on an over-sized sweater to keep warm. Since I work from home, I live in sweaters and leggings. It’s a great way to stay warm without cranking our heat up.
Jeans // There’s nothing better than a good pair of jeans. I finally found a good pair that I’m obsessed with (probably because I got the right size). While I love a good pair of ripped jeans, having a good pair of dark washed, no rips jeans is the best. You can seriously dress them up or down for any occasion.
Boots // When it comes to shoes for fall, boots are my go-to. From riding boots to knee-high boots to ankle booties to bean boots, I can’t live without them. There are so many affordable options that you can find. Not only are boots affordable and stylish but they can be worn with any outfit. I love pairing ankle booties with cuffed jeans. Bean boots are perfect for any outfit. You just can’t go wrong with boots.
Wool Hats // This trend is a trend I wasn’t sure if I would like. Once I tried it, I can’t get enough! I love that I don’t have to fix my hair perfect because I can just throw on a hat. It’s also perfect to wear for chilly, damp days.
Olive Green // This is my go-to color for fall. I just love that it goes with browns and blacks. My favorite way to wear this color is with a military style vest, bomber jacket, and jeans. If you don’t own this color, you so need to add it to your closet.
Coffee // Of course, this is the best way to accessorize your outfit. I’ll be drinking black coffee with a splash of cream or if I’m feeling adventurous a PSL (of course) or a salted caramel mocha.
