Who doesn’t love a refreshing fresh salad? I know I do! I tried The Pioneer Woman’s recipe and I fell in love with it. I knew I just had to share it with all of you lovely readers.

For the sauce:
Add in some salsa.
Next you add your ranch dressing and mix until you get the taste you like. You may have to add some more salsa and ranch.
Add into your sauce.
Mix up and taste.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, grill your corn on the cob. I just used the same pan to get some flavoring on the corn. Once the corn just has some color, cut the corn off the cob and add to the lettuce mixture.
Once the chicken cools down, shred into some chunks. Add it all into the lettuce mixture and your salad is complete. Refrigerate until everything is chilled. Toss and serve. I never add dressing to salad until it’s time to serve and then I just add into individual bowls. I hate when salad gets soggy.
