If you know a week is going to be a full of events and tasks, create a game plan that breaks the week down with smaller tasks to make sure everything is done by the end of the week.
Schedule Down Time //
While you’re busy getting things done, be sure to schedule time for yourself. Down time is extremely important as it will help you avoid burn out. Self-care is also extremely important so go ahead schedule an eight o’clock wine and bubble bath with your current read. Treat yo’self, you deserve it!
Set A Timer //
In order to make the most of your day, set a timer for each task. A time limit, ensures that all day won’t be spent on one task. The timer will also motivate you to get as much done in the time allotted.
Reward Yourself //
If you are struggling to get things done, start creating rewards so that you can treat yourself when you accomplish a goal. These rewards do not have to be anything huge, they can be as simple as treating yourself to a coffee from the coffee shop or donuts on Friday morning.

I recommend going first thing in the morning, like as soon as the store opens. Most people won’t be out so you will be able to get in and out and avoid crowds. Turn the TV off and step up from Instagram! Eliminate all distractions will surely prove to increase productivity. Like many others, I love having the TV on while I’m working, cleaning, or writing. If I have a new show on, I instantly get distracted and find myself binge watching an entire season before I even realize what’s happening.
