After a stressful day, completely unplugging from technology is a great idea. It gives you time to focus on yourself and allows you to shut out the world. Technology is a blessing and curse and it never fails when you are already having a bad day, you stumble across something that takes your mood from stressed to a basket case. When life is already stressing you out, it’s best to just unplug and focus on changing your mood.
Pour your favorite beverage //
Whether it’s coffee, hot tea, or
bottle glass of wine, take time and pour your favorite beverage. I love pouring a fresh hot cup of coffee, taking a long sip, and letting the hot coffee go through my veins. This gesture can take me from stressed to life is amazing in .02 seconds.
Take a hot bubble bath //
This goes along with the previous tip. After you pour your favorite drink, a hot bubble bath is just what you need. I love finding steals on bath bombs or stocking up on body wash which are perfect for unwinding. While in the tub, put on your favorite show, enjoy your drink and let the problems melt away.
